I was pretty impressed with myself with the dinner I made last night! My family was pretty impressed too!
What you'll need;
- Foil
- Baking dish
- Nonstick spray
- Chicken breast (As many as your family needs, I make plenty to have for lunches!)
- Bread crumbs (I use Panko Bread crumbs)
- Seasoning (Any chicken seasoning you like, I used Mrs. Dash garlic & herb)
- Honey Mustard (I'm using bbq sauce next time!)
Process;- Cover baking dish in foil
- Spray foil with nonstick spray
- Preheat oven to 375
- Thaw out chicken breast
- Mix bread crumbs and seasoning in a bowl
- Glaze with honey mustard (Or bbq sauce)
- Coat in bread crumbs/seasoning (I love panko bread crumbs because they get so crispy)
- I drizzled honey mustard over the chicken in the pan and put the rest of the bread cumbs over it as well.
- Bake for 35 minutes (Make sure you cut into your chicken to make sure it's done)
TA DA!
Chicken is crispy and delish! I am not a huge fan of honey mustard, but with the bread crumbs and seasoning the honey mustard isn't very strong!
