Honey Mustard Chicken

I was pretty impressed with myself with the dinner I made last night! My family was pretty impressed too!

What you'll need;

  • Foil
  • Baking dish
  • Nonstick spray
  • Chicken breast (As many as your family needs, I make plenty to have for lunches!)
  • Bread crumbs (I use Panko Bread crumbs)
  • Seasoning (Any chicken seasoning you like, I used Mrs. Dash garlic & herb)
  • Honey Mustard (I'm using bbq sauce next time!)

Process;

  • Cover baking dish in foil
  • Spray foil with nonstick spray
  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Thaw out chicken breast
  • Mix bread crumbs and seasoning in a bowl
  • Glaze with honey mustard (Or bbq sauce)
  • Coat in bread crumbs/seasoning (I love panko bread crumbs because they get so crispy)
  • I drizzled honey mustard over the chicken in the pan and put the rest of the bread cumbs over it as well.
  • Bake for 35 minutes (Make sure you cut into your chicken to make sure it's done)

TA DA!
Chicken is crispy and delish! I am not a huge fan of honey mustard, but with the bread crumbs and seasoning the honey mustard isn't very strong!
