I've been feeling sick for the last week! :( I've taken my Greens every day, of course! They have definitely kept me outta bed and still moving, but now it's time to kick this sickness in the booty! Detox bath, anyone?
2 cups epsom salt
1 cup baking soda
1-2 tbsp of ground ginger
The hottest water you can stand
Soak 40 minutes
*If you get to hot, feel free to run some cold water.
When getting out, go slow, your body is still working.
To continue bundle up in some warm clothes and cuddle up with a cozy blanket!
*BE SURE TO BE DRINKING LOTS OF WATER*
The epsom salt draws toxins from your body, while the baking soda cleanses, and the ground ginger helps make you sweat the toxins out. Feel free to add more ground ginger if you'd like.
