Zesty Italian Chicken Sandwiches {Crockpot}

I looove crockpot meals! They are so simple, easy, and minimal work! Perfect for mine and husband's busy schedules! My husband CAN cook, it's a matter of WANTING to cook, most of the time he ends up snacking when I work nights and I HATE it, so my handy dandy crockpot saves the day!

You'll Need;
•5 frozen chicken breast, boneless. {There is only two of us, but I use the left overs for lunches!}

•1 pack of Hawaiian dinner rolls.

•1 bottle of Italian dressing.

•1/4 cup spicy brown mustard.

•6-8 whole banana peppers and the juice.

•2 TBS of minced garlic.

•1 small-medium sized yellow onion, sliced.

•Seasoning. For the chicken I used Kickin' Chicken by Webbers and some garlic powder.

Process;
•Put frozen chicken into crockpot, the bottle of Italian dressed, 2 TBS of minced garlic, and seasoning. I just wing it with seasoning, to be honest.

•Cook on low for 8hrs.

•Shred chicken when finished, place on dinner roll with swiss cheese!

I will heat up frozen broccoli when ready! Which is why I love frozen veggies! Still has the nutrition, no prep, and cooks in minutes!

Let me know you like it! :D
