Well hello ladies and gents! I am trying my best to keep updated on my blog, but sometimes life is just hectic! I am continuously on Instagram, feel free to follow for more consistent updates ;)
As most of you know I am on a health and fitness journey, I want to be my best and I cannot accomplish that without having a healthy body! I am currently down 23lbs {Woo Hoo} and on the fast track to losing my last 12lbs, and building muscle!
Here is a little photo update to share my progress! I have accomplished so far with mainly changing my eating habits! When first getting this shirt, I HAD to make sure it didn't go in the dryer, there was no way it was going to fit if it shrank any at all! Now the shirt is about to swallow me!
