Bruschetta Chicken

I'm not really sure how you are suppose to make bruschetta, so I just did whatever sounded good which is normal for my recipes!

You'll Need;
-4 mushrooms.
-1 tomato.
-Mozzarella cheese, shredded.
-2 chicken breast, thawed.
-Your favorite seasonings!

Process;
-Slice mushroom and sauté in small pan. On low/Medium.
-Chop tomato and add to skillet with mushrooms.
-I seasoned them with garlic powder, minced onion, and a little salt/pepper.
-In a seperate skillet cook chicken, I seasoned mine with Webers Beer Can Chicken.
-When mushrooms/tomatoes are done I just keep on low til chicken is done. You'll know when mushrooms are finished because they have shrank and are darker in color. (They don't take long)
-When chicken is cooked through place on plate, cover with tomato/mushrooms, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese! Should be warm enough for cheese to melt, if not, pop in the microwave for about 45 seconds!
