Just thought I'd share my favorite way to make a salad! THREE types of lettuce! Romain, spinach leaves, and kale! I love the variety and that my body benefits from all three of these! (I also put kale or spinach in my fruit smoothies!) In every salad I also add peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumbers, a little cheese, and light dressing! The MORE, the BETTER! Every meal should be as colorful as possible, naturally! No food coloring counts! ;)
