Bi's and Back Workout

Like A Dude-Jessie J was definitely my jam tonight. I broke a sweat like a dude, that's for sure.

☆Workout☆
-15min eliptical { I was running hills like a champ ✊}
-Row machine
-Lat pull down {wide grip}
-Lat pull down {under hand}
-Back extention {with plate weight}
-Preacher curls
-Bent over barbell row
-Barbell bicep curls {I alternated w/ above for #superset}
-Renegade row
-Bicep curls
-Hammer curls
