Legs and Core

☆Workout☆ sets of 20-15-10

-5min stair master {warm up}
-Squats with plate overhead
-Curtsy squats with barbell
-Sumo squats with dumbell
-Dumbell walking lunges
-Cable kick backs
-Cable side lunge {I skipped these, no lie, my legs were going to give out!}
-Weighted glute bridge {thanks to @tay_functionalflex92 😊}
-15 minute eliptical {cool down}
