-Chest press
-Chest flies
☆Tricep☆
-Rope pull down extension
-Dumbell press extension
☆Shoulders☆
-Lateral raises
-Arnold press
-Plate raises
-Lateral raises behind back {thanks to @sarah_bowmar 😊}
☆Cool down☆
-15 mimutes on stairs
Sets of 10-8-5 at comfortable weight! Starting with lightest weight and heaviest on last set. I am fairly new to lifting again, so I could barely do 15lbs! Do what YOU can! Don't forget to push yourself! And if you don't know what an exercise is feel free to ask or, do what I do, YouTube or Pinterest it! ;)
