What you'll need;- 2 chicken breast
- The extra stuffing (cream cheese, shredded cheese, and bacon bits)
- 1 cup Panko crumbs (or regular bread crumbs)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- Any other seasoning you want
The process;
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Defrost the two chicken breast
- Then cut the fat end to make a "pocket" in your chicken breast
- Stuff with stuffing (I just used my hands)
- Coat with flour
- Then dip in egg
- Coat with panko crumbs
- Put olive oil in skillet and brown all sides of chicken (I cook mine pretty crispy)
- I also added some Mrs. Dash chicken seasoning
- Then place in glass pan and cook in oven for about 20-30 minutes (once again, I eyeball a lot of the food I cook)
