What you'll need;
- 1 pck Mushrooms
- 1 pck Cream cheese (I use Fit and Active)
- 1 cup Shredded cheese (Fit and Active again)
- Bacon bits (Would be better to cook your own bacon and cumble, but we didn't have any)
The process;
- Set oven to 350 degrees
- You need to pull the stems out of the mushrooms (They come off super easy)
- Put cream cheese, shredded cheese, and bacon bits (as much as you'd like) in a bowl
- Mix and spoon into mushroom hole
- Space on cookie sheet
- Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes (I usually just eyeball every thing I cook)
I packed my mushrooms full because I didn't have a full pack to use and I still had plenty of stuffing left over! Read my stuffed chicken blog to help with the left overs!
